She is a graduate of Ottawa University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Nicole was a teacher for 20 years in accounting and finance. After arriving in Englewood in 1986, she worked in property management where she was responsible for all administrative operations as well as national and international marketing. Nicole has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since her first year in Real Estate. With Nicole’s integrity, professionalism and great knowledge of the current market, she knows and understands how to evaluate one of your greatest investments.

I grew up in Upstate New York and attended College in Boston.  After college I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was involved in Residential Construction and Residential and Commercial Property Management.  In 2006 I came to Florida and obtained my Contractors License and spent the last few years Building and Remodeling homes in the Punta Gorda, Palm Island and Englewood Areas.

I obtained my Real Estate License and joined “The Nicole Mantha Team” with Keller Williams Realty in 2013.

I really enjoy working with People to help them find just the right home that fits their budget and life style.  My clients tell me that my extensive construction background and experience adds a Level of Service that they might not receive otherwise.
